Welcome! We welcome you with open arms to Spirit Lodge. At this point, that means a self-contained apartment in our home to allow people a place to rejuvenate, recharge, and reconnect with self and/or another. 

We trust you will like your rental suite and we can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you wish; if you want to arrive and be left to your own to explore or if you would like interaction with recommendations or sign up for additional package offerings that are a regular part of our ongoing private practice, the choice is yours.

Herman Commandeur MTC is a Master Therapeutic Counsellor, an international facilitator of the Enlightenment Intensive Retreat, and a Mind Clearing Process practitioner. Herman has been a student, practitioner and teacher of personal growth and spiritual awakening for decades.

Karen Goodfellow's Private Practice Bio

Karen Goodfellow MTC, RCS, CFA, CST is a , workshop facilitator (corporate and personal growth), modern day First Nations medicine woman (Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Cranio-sacral therapist, Somato-Emotional Trauma Release practitioner) and a nationally awarded contemporary artist with a Certificate in Fine Arts from Emily Carr University of Art & Design. She has been offering workshops in Colorado (1998-2000) and British Columbia (1998-present). As an artist, she has regular solo shows in British Colombia and her art hangs in North America, Singapore, England, and Holland. She currently has numerous pieces hanging at Nk`Mip Winery in Osoyoos.
