Spirit Lodge Studio
Spirit Lodge Studio is situated on 12 acres overlooking Osoyoos BC and boasts Canada's most diverse eco-system. It is a desert oasis that delights dabblers and excites established artists alike.
Whether it be non-residential day classes or longer residential retreats, customized private paint parties or pre-packaged public workshops, Spirit Lodge Studio delivers.
The studio accommodates 3-6 participants year-round; whether enjoying lakeviews or stargazing in the summer or trying new techniques by the wood-burning stove in the winter, it is a restful haven conducive to the process of creating.

Residential Retreats
As a professional artist and Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Karen Goodfellow CFA MTC's deep and broad education (Certificate in Fine Arts from Emily Carr University of Art & Design) and experience allows her to do both 'art-as-final-product' or' art-as-personal-growth- process'.
Since 2001 she has facilitated psycho-spiritual, arts-based personal growth workshops and events at her studio or around BC as well as co-facilitating The Creative Awakening for the personal development school Clearmind International.
Deepening Surrender and Daring Surrender are both weekend workshops that she co-facilitates; the purpose is to catalyze creativity through the process of surrender and letting go.

Day or Evening Classes
Karen Goodfellow taught classes at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Centre...either 'process' art (i.e. Discovering Self through Mask-making, the Art of Change for Organizations) or 'product' art (Gifted & Talented children's classes such as Folk Art of Mexico, The Art of the American Southwest, and adult classes Experimental Art, Art 'n Spirit Classes).

Private Creativity Parties
Do you have a small group of 3-6 that want to have fun while painting or creating wild or tasteful objects? These social gatherings are popular everywhere and can include appies and a local wine sommalier to sweeten the experience.
The studio can fit 6 for Painting parties and 4 for mixed media parties.
